I have a bunch of very stubborn stickers on my sear window, These have been on so long that they are cracking and chipping so they cant be peeled off any more... ive tried soaking with water, goo be gone and even a thin blade. The glue on this sticker is super so its stuck there real hard.. suggestions?
Try peanut butter. It will soften the hard, cracking part of the sticker. It will get down to the glue residue, enabling a product like Goof-Off to finish the job. It will stay in place unlike oils and liquids that run off. And it won't hurt the paint finish.
I have lots of experience in applying graphics, and removing them and window tint. For a stationary window (one that does not roll up or down) I almost always use a sharp razor blade-out of the knife-and WD40.
Use the blade to scuff the surface of the sticker, then spray on the WD40 and let sit a few minutes. Then spray again and use the blade at an angle almost flat to the window and work from the outside in.
When the bulk is off and only the sticky residue remains WD40 lightly again and work it off with the blade. Then dry it and use Windex to clean the entire window.
(With a window that rolls up and down DONT use anything but water or Windex or it can get absorbed in the window seals and make your window a streaky mess)
If you don't like WD40, theres a remover called Motzenbachers (sp?) and it works better than Goof Off.
On Painted surface I have always used WD40 as well, but obviously no blade. Fingernails and patience. Also a hair dryer or heat gun on low helps it loosen up too.

WD-40 works like magic, Speeddev.
Spray a healthy dose on the sticker, wait about 10 minutes and . . . VOILA.

Portable steamer followed by acetone or denaturate. Or heat gun, but you mat crack the window.
You need to use Mineral Spirits (used for paint thinner). Buy it at Ace Hardware stores. It'll work! Got gooey stickers off for me.
