Hello!
I am new at selling a used vehicle. I have Toyota Camry that I am selling for $11500. Could you please tell me if this price is ok or I need to decrease/increase. I tried kbb and edmunds but they give me completely different figures. It is 2005 Camry, Black, excellent condition, 33500 miles, only one owner, clear carfax, the vehicle never had any passengers in it, I do not smoke. The only thing are the tires that might need to be replaced soon. Other than that - like new. Thank you!

If you already got interest then you probably priced it a bit too low. You probably could have gone up another 1500 easily.

I agree it may be a bit low, but you are in the ballpark. Be very careful on E-bay, if not local more often than not it will be a scammer, not a real buyer.

forget Ebay.too many scammers. You need to go to autotrader.com and check the prices on cars very much like yours. Then you will know if yours is priced right. If you can buy cars like yours all day long for several thousands less from autotrader this might indicate yours is priced too high..get the idea?

$11500 seems a bit low for a car with 33K on the clock. I just sold a 2000 Celica GTS for 12K with 30,000 miles and it sold in a week.

so, 12k is ok? the tires need to be replaces on the vehicle and there are few minor scratches.

I would need more details such as engine and any options it has as well as what state you live in to get a more accurate number.

For reference a 2005 Camry 4 cylinder w/ 33k miles and base options is worth anywhere from $10,050 (clean trade) - $13,525 (dealer retail). I would personally say $12,500 is a good private party price and negotiate from there. So, overall you listed about $1,000 less than where you should have assuming your car is a 4 cylinder with base options.
