Yeah, it seems Pocono comes down to fuel mileage an awful lot, and I just find the races that end with a car nursing a lead to conserve fuel a bit anti climactic.
I'd like to see fewer two race tracks, with more variety in location.
It was nice to see Smoke pick up a points with with his new team!

I'm with you. But instead of giving Bristol two more races how about Bristol another and Talladega and Daytona another one each?
IMO most of the two race tracks suck. Michigan and Fontana i wont even go near. I would prefer different track styles every week that getting tracks like Kansas, Chicagoland, Michigan, Pocono, Fontana.
The only races I even fully watch now are Bristol, Darlington, Daytona, and Talladega.
I'm partial to Pocono as I used to go the Cup races there back in the mid-70s and 80's. The racing there seemed to be better when they were running the Jerico transmissions and shifting.
I used to really HATE Loudon, but that track has had some good racing since they added the banking.
If you want tracks to lose dates, look at California first. Then you can pull Chicagoland and Kansas as they are both snoozers.
Why are they so damn afraid of removing the restrictor plates? Just build a taller, stronger catch fence around the track and let them run 275 mph. If you are dumb enough to go into the turn full speed at Daytona without a plate, then you deserve to suffer the consequences.
One race I'm ok with. i would up with adding another race to california
