Lol, Force India, faced with the novel concept of maybe being on the podium, let alone scoring points with both cars, blows a team decision.
My, my, I bet that was a testy garage immediately after the race.
They have had 4 podiums in the last 3 season. None of them involved team orders. They should keep letting them race, seems to have worked for them so far.
A good result, yes but a gong show of racing. They set up the race strat perfectly then blow it. Perez looks like a jackass after that one.
Patrick Stewart drinking out of a shoe was the highlight. haha Seriously, that was gross.
I'm not following this newfound love for team orders... I guess it's just that the driver who didn't want them is not that popular. When Max did it at Singapore a couple of years ago he was called nothing short of a genius and a free racing spirit.
If Ocon wants to beat Perez he can start by passing him, or qualifying ahead.
In this case team orders are because of different strats, Perez needed to heed that and move over. He was clearly holding Ocon up and allowed the Ferrari's to close up. This wasn't a case of the number two driver being told to move over for the number one driver like in the past.

He was racing him. They were both on a 1 stop strategy. He got the crappy one after outqualifying and outracing his teammate in the first stint, why would a team order be fair? I would have gotten it if Ocon was on a two stop strategy and needed clean air to make it work, but that wasn't the case.
