Yeah but millions of people don't aspire to be or in any way want to emulate that convicted felon either. Kyle just because of his status and especially his profession should be held to a higher standard.
Wow, I like a fishing trip too, but there's not enough bait on your hook! :-) He got a deal that this lawyer was paid to get for him and then the lawyer went to the local press whining about supposed discrimination. Sorry, but he didn't get the book thrown at him. He got a fair sentence.
You can't compare it to the 21 year old felon who had a similar charge. You have no idea what other charges may have been in that case and what might have stuck or been struck in his deal.
What's more absurd is his fool lawyer claiming that Kyle Busch operating a private vehicle on a public road at 128 mph is like a surgeon handling a scalpel. Yeah, maybe in a controlled environment like a race track. But I compare him doing 128 mph in a passenger car on a public road like a surgeon operating on someone in the main aisle of a flea market versus an operating room. It's not the right place to perform your skill.
Bottom line, he did the crime and accepted the sentence. It's over.
I think Bush got off easy, $1000 fine is nothing for somebody in his salary range.I am sure he can find somebody to drive him around for the next 45 days.
I remember a Cup driver getting a DWI and NASCAR pulled his comp license and he never returned to NASCAR. Not going to name him but he did get a test drive with a Hendrick Cup car.

Scott Wimmer? I know he got a DWI, but I don't recall him getting his comp license suspended.
Thanks....Beavis and Butthead fan are ya? It was only after a little research that I discovered he's actually called Coach Buzzcutt, oh well not worth bothering the mods over a name change now....close enough. It's funny how B and B would get him to turn his face cherry red with their antics.

Loved B&B when they were originally on. I used to do a mean "Ol Man Anderson" impression.
Peace!
