I heard that there was 1 murder in 10 years there. I like those numbers, sorry that one person died though. Ive heard people on probation say they would not want to live in Williamson County. Apparently the law enforcement is strick. WTG law enforcement!!! The neighborhoods are taxed differently so I would be sure to compare property tax rates before settling on anything.

Round Rock for the most part is a very safe community. I would question some of the areas near Gattis School and I-35, but oh well, they aren't horrible either.

I live in Round Rock and feel very safe in my area. As we are looking for a new area to live (RR was our starter home and ready to spread our wings), one wish I have is to take RR police with me! They are a well trained department.
