Best Cities for Jobs (http://hotjobs.yahoo.com/career-articles-best_cities_for_jobs-835 - broken link)

Over the past five years, Michael Shires, associate professor in public policy at Pepperdine University, and I have been compiling a list of the best places to do business. The list, based on job growth in regions across the U.S. over the long, middle and short term, has changed over the years -- but the employment landscape has never looked like this.

that's not the same as best cities for jobs.

computer jobs here are not all over the place but are much more available than other areas such as portland, or

I second that. No they are not. Portland, Oregon is crashing HUGE. I lve here now and it is bad. Computer jobs? Any jobs? Yah right.
