How long will it take to travel from Meridian, Highpointe and Ridge at Lantana to the Airport?

My neighbor used to do the commute from Sawyer Ranch (across the street from Highpointe) and he said it was an hour or more. Of course he mainly left on Monday mornings and came home on Friday afternoons. If you do not have to travel during these times, the commute should only be about 35 minutes.

Your commute from Lantana would be much shorter - 20 minutes without traffic and 25 minutes with traffic.

Thank you very much! My husband will mostly leave on a Monday morning early and return on Thursday evening. Is the commute from Circle C and Meridian the same as from Lantana?

From Circle C/Villages at Western Oaks, the drive would be ~25 minutes, usually. Meridian would probably be ~5 minutes more.

Shortest commute to the airport of all those you mentioned is Village at Western Oaks. Circle C is second closest to the airport, and would be another 5-10 minutes, Meridian could be 5 more minutes than Circle C.

Lantana is further west and would be about 5 minutes more than Village of Western Oaks but probably same as Circle C and 1-3 minutes less than Meridian.

I'm in New Villages of Western Oaks and travelled extensively until last year - If it wasn't a busy part of the day, I could sometimes end up at FastPark in 15 minutes. If you can avoid the apex of Ben White/Mo Pac it makes it quicker. I used to use Joe Tanner road to get on to 290(Ben White) and avoided that and the Brodie intersections at peak times).

The new sh45 extension if it ever gets finished should make for a very easy commute from the far south CC area to the airport, but at a price (toll)
Cheers

I have been trying to find information about this for a long time. Can you tell me what you know about the new sh45 extension? Will it basically go all the way out to the airport? Is it east/west or north/south? Also will Mopac ever be extended further south?
