Here. Number two zip by median household income. I that home value number may be dated. The average sale price in CCR from 12/12 to 6/13 was $378K. Meridian, also in 39, was $424K.

Estimated median house or condo value in 2009: $674,989 (it was $330,400 in 2000)

Like I said - dated. Not the current market.

Also, 78739 is different from CCR. The newer, more expensive part of CCR is in 39. The older part isn't. 78739 for the last year has been dominated by new home sales in the 4,000 sq ft and up category. Ergo, $550K sales are now the norm. Plus, later this year, the $1M+ estate lots in Meridian - also in 39 - come on line.

Cost of house is not necessarily directly related to income anyway....more related to common sense .
