Strange question, I'm sure, but I recall stopping a few times at this place in college with a boyfriend. Anyone remember it? Was it an OTB or bookie? What was the story?

No, early 90s. I just remember stopping there a few times with him I guess to place bets? It seems so shady and have wondered about that place and the quirky little older guy that ran it ever since.

Was it something else in the 60s? It looked like it had been there forever at the time.
