What's the best route for a rush hour commute from Cedar Park (Lakeline & Park) to 360 & Bee Cave Rd. and back?

There is no best route. As Austin97 said, 183 south to 360 south is about it. Going down Mopac won't help (not that it's any faster) nor will taking 620 down to Bee Caves. Anytime after 7:15 or so, Bee Cave turns into a slow crawl all the way to 360. Given the backup on 183 southbound, I'd plan on at least 45 minutes for that trip if not more.

Try 2769 to Bullick Hollow for part of it.

I drive those roads a lot. Sadly a rush hour commute is not going to be pretty. 183-360 is about the only way to go...

Timing is everything. If possible, try going in earlier and leaving earlier - or going in later and leaving later - if your job allows. one hour makes all of the difference.

This is my commute also. It's not fun, but it's not absolutely terrible either. I take North 360 & 183 in the morning and come back South 183 & 360 in the evening. I definitely prefer this route over 620. 620 is an absolute nightmare so I try to avoid that altogether.
