We are about to relocate and just discovered this area... anyone have any thoughts on it?

At first blush, it looks like acreage in relatively close (I would be working off Southwest Parkway) with good schools.

Any insight appreciated.....

Very nice area. Schools are very good, and you are close to much of what you probably want or need. Some very nice homes in that area.

The Homestead is a very nice area. The biggest negative in Bee Cave is that occasionally when The Backyard http://thebackyard.net/2011/ music venue has huge sold out crowds they cause traffic to back up terribly for anyone trying to get in and out of Bee Cave, and the music can be heard for miles around.

The area is very nice, and definitely good acreage for being so close to everything.

Uh....OK. A few times a year, and for a few hours when that happens. If it is loud, sit on your porch, grab a drink, and enjoy!
