Google Maps has reasonably accurate "In traffic" drive times.

You should assume everything will take twice as long as normal during rush hour. Add bad weather and it will take 3X

Do like I do. if you have somewhere to be, leave the house 45mins. ahead of time and you'll be at your destination in good time with about 5 mins to spare. Austin traffic is a creature of waves...know when to jump in and you'll be fine.

works for me every time.

From Circle C or Dripping Springs to either Pflugerville or Cedar Park schools could be nearly an Hour I'd guess.

From Circle C Ranch to downtown if you leave at 7:30 in the AM, expect about a 40 to 45 minute drive depending where you are going down town. So in our case it's about triple the time as a normal drive. If you leave at 7 AM or 9AM expect about 15 minutes.
