Hey dee...if you've got a bicycle and your knee will allow it, check out the rides with the ACA. The 'Mamma Jamma' ride Saturday AM will have all levels of riders...I would guess at least 60(plus another 30 or so with a REALLY fast group from UT)...

There's also a ride from Brushy Creek Lake Park(good place to check out) on Sunday...

Meet at Brushy Creek Lake Park in Cedar Park for routes of 12, 20, 33, 46, and 63 miles on Ronald Reagan Blvd. The park is located off of Brushy Creek Road just east of Parmer Lane. Please park at the back of the parking lot near the restrooms and water feature. Some of the routes venture off of Ronald Reagan Boulevard onto quiet country roads. The long routes go to the towns of Andice and Florence.

Another way to find like-minded people is to go to volunteermatch.org. If you have the time and inclination, you may be able to find something that really matches your interests, and thereby find others who have the same interests.
