Anyone know of a electrician or company that is very reasonably priced for doing a wall drop for a TV line?

I think TW charges $50.00. That may just be in a new installation but if you already use TW then give them a call.

Unfortunately I am just barely outside the TW service area. I think you're right in that TW charges somewhere between $50 and $75 for a walldrop. The Cable Company here charges $98 + taxes.

Any electrician can do this. You may need to supply the cable, but the cable company may provide it for free if you tell them you're DIYing the job.

I imagine the labor rate on a (skilled) electrician is much more than just a TV install guy - IMHO.

I called him and he said he would be out today. I haven't seen him or heard from him today. I have also e-mailed him since he did reply to e-mail yesterday. Guess I best go with someone who is insured anyway.

Could be. I tend to save up non-urgent electrician jobs and get 2 or 3 of them done during a service call. Need any new light switches or outlets while he's there?

Agreed about Billy - very busy and hard to get a hold of. But you will be happy with his work (and price). Just keep calling/texting him.
