Can anyone recommend a good insurance agent in the Austin area? We will need home owner's insurance as well as auto insurance

We have used Ed Stubblefield at American Casualty for years and have been very pleased with him. He is an independent agent, and we have our auto and homeowners insurance through Travelers. Their rates and coverage have been exceptional. Ed's number is Moderator cut: please DM the #, don't post here .

We've been quite happy with Germania Insurance (it's a Texas-only company). You become a member, which gives you access to their credit union, etc., as well.
