Anyone have suggestions of downtown restaurants? I am specifically looking for places that are walking distance from the Marriott and Hilton on either side of Courtland.

Ray's in the City is a great seafood place. There's also the Durango Steakhouse and Fire of Brazil, which is a rodizio-style place with excellent food. All are right on Peachtree, within a few blocks of your hotels.

Here is another restaurant you can add to your list.

Pacific Rim Bistro - Atlanta Sushi & Pan-Asian Cuisine

Oh, oh, is Fire of Brazil a traditional Brazilian BBQ joint? I went to my first of such in Mozambique last year and I am enthralled. Such good meat...and I don't even eat a lot of meat!

It is. There is also another location near Perimeter Mall. It is a lot less expensive than Fogo de Chao.
