You can give Park Tavern at Piedmont Park a try...but please do everyone a favor and don't bring your dog if he is even remotely prone to barking, it's really disturbing to the other patrons.

PixelP,

I'm not sure of any other place in VA highlands, but Park Tavern does allow you. There is a place called The Treehouse in Buckhead, but that probably does you no good.

But I really wanted to address

"That's disgusting. Eat at home and save all of us the headache...."

Please respect everyone and our choices. If you don't want to eat where there are dogs, you have the choice not to go there. There are plenty of restaurants that don't allow animals. Believe me, though, there are a lot of people whose dogs are better behaved than other peoples' children and think that children shouldn't be allowed in some restaurants. We all just have to respect each others choices and boundries.
