I will be graduating college fairly soon and I am very interested in moving to Atlanta. I have been looking at homes for sell on remax.com and notice Atlanta has a lot of different styles to offer. Are the new homes that are built with the charm of early 1900s homes detail pretty good? I guess my question is are the new homes of pretty good quality?

Georgia has low construction standards compared to other states so no, IMO most of the new stuff is not very good quality. You will find certain builders who seem to take pride in what they build and build a quality product, but most of them don't. IMO most of the stuff build post 1970 is really bad stuff and will start falling apart after just a few decades.
