I've been moved in Atlanta for 3 years, and now interested in buying a unit at Enclave-Briarcliff Condo, which is a newly condo conversion. I don't know much about that area and the condo. Does anyone know something about it?

It seemed to be a nice conversion from what I could tell when I took a client there. It's, IMO, a nice location. I also saw that they had some units with garages but you would have to walk from the garage through the parking lot into your unit. They had nice amenities such as club house, pool, gym and cinema room.

Soundproofing
Thanks for replying the message! I checked users' reviews about the condo. One thing people complained (a few years ago and seemed before the conversion) is that soundproofing was not very good. Do you guys know anything about it?
