I am looking to initially rent an apartment or a house when I move to Atlanta. Is there a company or companies that anyone would recommend? I would really prefer to rent a house, with a fenced in yard. But I would like to explore all options available.

I'm not familiar with any rental management companies, I know there are some out there, I just don't know who they are. Check Craigslist though, it has lots of listing and is a good source to do it yourself.

One word, rentlist.com. They give you a wide range of counties and areas to search, and they have pictures. Also check craigslist.com and The Atlanta Journal Constitution classifieds. Happy trails!
