I had a moment yall this morning. Unfortunately I was dialing my mother at the time and I think she caught my explicatives before I could explain.FOOL traveling in my blind spot. A driver who had a clear lane on the left of them and no one in front of him.AVOID having any accidents.

You are responsible for turnng your head and looking for someone in your blindspot. You cannot rely on your mirror and should turn your head. It's not the other driver's fault that he was in your blindspot, but rather yours if you fail to see and avoid him.
