recommend realtor who is a mom/knows about family friendly areas/ insight to schools.....general atl area bc we have yet to narrow down an area- not sure if we are willing to commute or not...probably yes bc it's what we can afford...

I think you're going to need to narrow things down a bit before you select a realtor, as no decent realtor will have a great knowledge of the whole city, nor will they be willing to schlep you all over the metro. You really one someone who works a specific area, IMO, as they'll know the best parts of that area.
