Well, honestly, I think what the porno guys are saying is that the Government has already dolled out tons of money to people who really should NOT have received bailout funds, so, they "might as well" toss some to them, too. It seems to me their scheme is more tongue-in-cheek (um - no pun), than it is serious, simply meaning to point out how the bailout monies have already gone places they really didn't need to go so far.
