Of course you would ask this. Why wouldn’t they be or at the very least why would that matter?

Also while he has criminal history, but he also in engaged in charities and given back to the community. So a lot people in this thread are judging him by the man he was and not who he became over the past few years.

I strongly suspect he knew he had no legal status in the US. He chose to have children knowing that while they were citizens he was not. Hardly a responsible parent knowing that.

If he was seen holding a gun last summer at a party, is that part of who he became over the past few years? How about the misogynistic violent lyrics? Are those part of who he has become, or is it just artistry?

I suspect in the end money will come into play somehow and he will get permanent residency.

It matters because if he only sees them occasionally then I’m not sure how much of a factor that would be in his immigration claim.

Also, this thing may just get cleared up

City data 18, I think the kids live with him. I guess Abraham-Joseph's (21) mother probably helps.
I see, you meant US.

His best, cleanest option is to get any infractions wiped clean and get an EB-5 visa. If he’s worth tens of millions he can do this. Or get an O-1B visa which is for extraordinary talent (he’s won Billboard and MTV awards). Yet his lawyer is pushing for a dubious U-1?

I’m just some guy on an internet board who has had 3 visas over the past 20 years yet I seem to know more than he or his attorney does...

Very true. And now the kids must suffer for it.

I can think of about 5 billion other things $5 billion can be spent on besides a wall.

Flint for example still doesn't have clean water.
