Thanks to finding this website, I was able to cancel the offer I made last week on a home in Anneeweeke Trails. We are relocating from the NY area during the summer. We searched all last week while my child was on school break. I think we saw at least 40 homes, but most had sloping yards and/or deep ditches in the rear. I was surprised that so many homes in the Douglasville area had sloping yards or lots. We were able to find a few homes with flat lots, but they may have had white kitchen cabinets, which I don't want at all.

I have now put in an offer on a nice property in Ashworth Landing. Can anyone give me any information on this subdivision? I have read many of the postings regarding the mall and schools in this county.

Thanks in advance.

I had a buyer client purchase there in 2005. I believe the builder was Crown Communities.

All I can add is that we looked at some homes there before purchasing elsewhere in Douglasville. The homes look really nice and offered a lot of sq footage but the subdivision was all electric which was a dealbreaker for my wife.

I left a private message. I don't care for that side of Douglasvile, north of the tracks. I've been caught a few times at the crossing waiting for the train to pass. If you can, look into some areas south of I-20. There are some great subdivisions with a better location.
