Hi everyone,
I am a first time buyer.I have seen a house which is 2003 built in and does not have termite bond but they have termite letter. Should I put offer on that house or need to think about termite bond? I need some sggessions...

Make the seller get you a termite bond. It's easy to add into your contract.

Does anyone know approximate how much is the intial cost for the termite bond?

I don't know what area you are in but Northwest Exterminators is a company in Alpharetta that would probably give you a price idea. Alternatively, go to kudzu.com and put in the zip and do a search on Exterminators or Termite and call some companies for quotes.
