We are planning on moving to Paulding County. We are thinking about Dallas, Georgia that's in Paulding. How are the schools and the crime there? My husband and I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old so a good neighborhood is important to us. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. We've lived in Ohio all of our 30 years so we need help on this big move!

Crime is really low and some of its schools get high marks on greatschools.net .. look at East Paulding area. The setting is pretty rural or exurban ... definitely don't think that all of the Atlanta area is viable when looking for work.

We live in Acworth, just inside Paulding County off the Cobb County line, in the Bentwater subdivision. I'd be happy to tell you more about it and give you some suggestions and input after having moved here from NJ. We love it here and it is an amazing place to raise a family!

You may wish to check out paulding.com and the "internet cafe" room to ask as well. Pretty much 95% of the folks in there are just in Paulding.
