My commute time is 15 minutes, which includes riding a bike to a MARTA station. #nevergoingbacktocobb

Well Waze has turned many of our quiet residential streets into congestion bypasses for commuters, who do not know where they are, do not care who lives there, and speeds while disregarding stop signs.

Well, if Waze is responsible then that is one app we don't need.

If I worked at Cumberland, my commute would be 5 minutes.

I built a home office with a robust computer network and am able work from home most days. I included room for an assistant to come in when necessary. I also have appointments at my home office and in the field.

Once or twice a week I go into the main office but I either go early (6 am-ish) or after the rush hour, around 10. That drive takes about 10-12 minutes.

Then of course there are travel days but I avoid them like the plague if possible. I did way too much of that in earlier times.

Yep, 15 minutes this morning from Vinings to downtown for me. Granted, this was at 10:00. Maybe more employers should stagger hours.

Doing my part to bring down the average. It's takes me about a minute to make it down the stairs to my home office. Dress code here is real relaxed too.

My commute has ranged between nothing when I worked from home to two hours each way. I don't think there is an average so look for a median or a mode to balance it a bit.

The only thing I can truly say is try to live near where you work.

My wife uses Waze a lot, and wants to use it when I'm driving, too. I am convinced that the app is designed to take you on the most bizarre series of twists and turns possible just to make it appear that the app is doing something.

My commute from east Mableton to Cumberland is about 15 minutes. It would be half that without the stoplights. I travel between 10:15 (if I decide to go to work early) and 12:15 (if I'm feeling lazy).
