Does anyone have personal experience with this elementary school? Is there a reason this school receives such low scores on Great Schools? I thought most schools that fed into Centennial were good? We are looking at a few houses, one of which is in the Chartwell neighborhood. Don't really want to rent much longer. Does anyone have experience with this neighborhood and can tell us their thoughts on it? Thanks. Hoping for a social, active swim community and a neighborhood with some young kids and families.

I think your needs are screaming for Martin's Landing (which is Esther Jackson). The school is going to be rebuilt in the next two years, so your kids are going to be in a wonderful, new school. (Kids will be bussed over to the currently-being-built West Roswell elementary.)

Is that a good subdvision? We are looking at 400K-600K and it seems it has not been popping up in our search? I see some open houses this weekend there though and I might go check it out. Thanks.
