I think you would enjoy being in the middle of midtown more. You can walk to cooler places. Yes, you can walk to places from the Lindbergh Marta station area, but they are mostly chain restaurants like Chili's. It does not have the neighborhood feel of midtown. I have had friends who lived in apartments around the Marta in that area and it felt very transient--like where people would rent for a year while they were figuring out where to go permanently. Midtown has more professionals who own their own condos and invest in the area for longer.

That is not something I really thought about... I don't want to be next to Chili's. I want to be near mom and pop shops. I can't believe that thought hadn't occurred to me. Thank you very much!

over priced for such a poorly maintained building elevators break down constantly , carpets in hallways are dirty with feeces & **** stains which do not get removed apparently or cleaned, entry & exit gates are terrible , gates will close down on your vehicle due to technical issues (manager of building will tell you they are not responsible for damages) thus, you are responsible for all costs if gate destroys your car very pricey considering i know first hand just spent over 2500$ in damages done to my mercedes benz , i thought i was moving into a secure new updated building , its not !
& just discovered this is a section8 accepted building
run!!!!

___-this building is poorly maintained____

consider all flaws when moving into any building i have not lived here long & do not intend on renewing my lease or advising anyone else to move in here.
