It doesn't matter if they drive or take the train that much in reality. If you have a car and take the train into Manhattan for work you still have to pay for the EZ-Pass, you have to pay higher insurance rates living in NYC, you still have to pay to park at your residence, etc.

Georgia shouldnt be ranked nowhere near the top.

The data tells a different story. I am sure that Georgia is low in cost per mile driven. But as someone that has been doing a temporary and longer commute the past few weeks, I can tell you that distance really adds to the costs and dwarfs any taxes or other costs you will encounter. And on average, Georgian's drive a lot of miles. Something we should change by stop building some many expressways and widening projects.

Data can be changed to say anything that the originator want perceived. My data and life experiences states Ga is one of the cheapest places to own a car.
