Moving to Atlanta zip code area is 30307. Have 2 kids ages 5 and 8. Will go to elementary school. What do parents do for before and after school pickup and child care. Called Kindercare and the other places I could find on internet. No one seems to be able to tell me about this for this zip code. School would be Mary Lin Elementary school. Planning to move in that area to be close to Emory University. Zip code might change, however, what do parents do in the Atlanta area. Any information, suggestions, help are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Elementary school starts pretty early in Atlanta. what time do you need to be at work? You do know that City of Atlanta schools start this Wednesday. You should simply be able to call the school and ask.

The school has its own afterschool program, which will probably be the most affordable option.

From the school's website.

The Children's School (a private elementary school in Midtown on Tenth St) has a big after-school program and offers afternoon bus service from Morningside, Springdale Park and Mary Lin elementary to TCS.
