Retirement Rental Atlanta
Does anyone know any good resources for getting a condo rented in a retirement community, that provides almost assisted living services at extremely low independent living prices on the north side of Atlanta? It is a great place to live and a great deal, but how do you find renters in the appropriate age range? I have contacted an experienced realtor, who says she has never had anyone come in looking for a retirement rental, because most are corporate owned, and rent on-site. Any ideas to find a renter? It is a 2 BR, 2BA, with livingroom, diningroom, kitchen, on the first floor, free covered parking, walk-in closet, extra storage, free local transportation, on-site dininghall with reasonably priced meals, swimming pool, exercise room and equipment, lots of activities and parties. Rent of $1750 per month includes all utilities except phone and cable, plus includes $136 a month in meals (up to 22 meals). Great pill hill location. It is even easy to find on-site providers to hire for extra assistance, like medication assistance and cleaning, to delay the need for assisted living, while giving longer independence much cheaper than assisted living, in a real apartment, rather than the tiny assisted-living room. (Condo is over 1100 sq. ft.)
