you haven't given much info

what do you do?

what is your scene? do you like urban or rural?

Atlanta's unemployment rate usually hovers at about 4%
if you are willing to work you can get a job

Also, what price range are you looking in? Atlanta has homes from under $100k (in the burbs) to multi-million dollar estates. The size of home you need as well as the price you are looking to spend will make a big difference in what areas of the city will work for you. Also, what kind of work are you looking for? Metro Atlanta is huge and traffic is horrible so it's best to find out where you'll be working and then try to find a home near there.

In general, if you are single or married w/out children - try for closer intown living. Lots of options for living and entertainment. Good intown living areas are Midtown, Va Hi, Inman Park, Little 5 Points, Decatur and Druid Hills. Good luck!!!
