14 stories, too small. At least 20!

Any kind of towers will be nice. Midrise density, as Mutiny mentioned, and it's always to add new high rise buildings. I am a fan of both and love walkable areas/density.

For what? The street now is a majority 1 story buildings. Obviously it isn't too small for the developer, I tend to think that is quite a nice size for W. Peachtree there.

I don't care how high it is as long as there's something useful on the first floor.

THIS.

Although 14 stories isn't much, at least its better than the 1 story buildings that flood midtown. Cheers to density!!
