I'm looking to relocate to Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC but according to crlsearch its mainly A-M I would rather live somewhere that is mixed and not a majority besides the stats is it mainly A-M or is it mixed? Also if I were to move to Atlanta it would probably be a suburb so what are some of the good suburbs with nice neighborhoods and good schools that isn't to far from ATL? I wanna be close to the city and due to work I have to travel there every friday so not to far. Don't worry about the price range I will figure it out because I would rather live in a good area thanks.

Miami is Spanish. Atlanta is African American. If that is a problem for you then do not go there.

Statistics show otherwise for Atlanta. There is a huge push back into the city for whites. I think it's a good thing. The more diverse the better. Atlanta is an excellent blend of many nationalities.

The city of Atlanta proper (about 7% of the metro area) is 54% African American. However, the metro area as a whole is majority white.

Within those broad parameters there is a lot of ethnic diversity, especially in the big suburban counties like Gwinnett.

This.

Also there is a large Asian (Korean, Chinese) and South Asian (Indian, Pakistani, etc.) population in the Atlanta suburbs.

Demographics of the city of Atlanta as per US Census:
Atlanta (city) QuickFacts from the US Census Bureau

Demographics of Fulton county as per US Census:
Fulton County QuickFacts from the US Census Bureau

Demographics of Georgia:

And now...

USA QuickFacts from the US Census Bureau

Is Atlanta mixed or mainly black? Well it is mixed and AAs account for the largest majority.

That is only true if you are talking about the City of Atlanta and not Metro Atlanta.

The City represents less than 10% of the metro area.
