Not really. Pulte does not negotiate much. They do not give upgrades either. For ex; I wanted full wood on main level, they do not even accept that.

I have a Pulte home. It's not great, but it's fine. I mean, it's about what I expected for a house in my price range, which is considerably lower than yours.
