How long does it typically take you to get to 285 and/or 85 at rush hour? New developments in this area are advertising "incredible access to 285/85", but I'm trying to get a picture of how bad traffic is in that area. I assume you would take 141 to get to 285, and Jimmy Carter to get to 85?

thanks.

I live in the area and personally if I have to go to I-85 I do not usually travel along Jimmy Carter Blvd. It's close because it's only 3-4 miles from the area but with traffic can take 15-40 min (shorter time is if going I-85 south). I usually take local routes when heading north areas towards Duluth. I-285 is pretty quick to get too except during the morning rush hour (if your looking at the new Condos along Peachtree Pkwy, traffic is pretty heavy during rush hours and lunch time, but you can cut through to peachtree corners circle and catch 141 to I-285 that way).
