These are a few of my favorite Atlanta things:
Trees: (just like others have noted - please donate to Trees Atlanta -
Trees Atlanta Home ) Could you imagine what the smog would be like without all the trees we have?
Cost of living: We are like a big small town with so much to offer from the symphony to the advant garde art scene.
Restaurants: Everyone eats out in Atlanta and we have some great restaurants.
Oakland Cemetery: I love exploring the cemetery and all its architecture.
The Spring and the Fall: Okay - summer really sucks because its so hot - but the spring and fall is picturesque.
Southern Hospitality: People in Atlanta are genuinely nice. We are a community of transplants and are a part of the "new south". At least we have the common decency to wait and talk behind your back.
