Thought there was one of those malls by the strip? It's been a few years since I went so its no longer there?

Grocery yeah, you gotta go into town.

Bullhead is a lot of bad with a little good, Lake Havasu is a lot of good with a little bad, and Kingman is a mix. I would say move to Mohave Valley if you want to stay close to BHC which it sounds like you're doing. Kingman and BHC are about the same COL, BHC has more serious crime. I'd honestly say go to LHC, it may cost a little more but it's the nicest of the three.

I think right now I am leaning to Lake Havasu city/Mohave Valley/Laughlin..
just have to narrow down. I see options in all 3. Best deals in Laughlin or Mohave Valley so far.

what about Topock/Golden Shores area ?

Maybe Fort Mohave? It's just south of Bullhead, the border's between Target and the Red Dragon Chinese food place. Mohave Valley starts after Boundary Cone Rd and goes all the way to Golden Shores or Needles.

Well Laughlin you got the entertainment value while having all your shopping needs in Bullhead so it is a pretty good choice.

Do not know much about Mohave Valley (is that the area where the Avi Casino is at?) but as for Lake Havasu City is a very nice area that in the spring gets a lot of tourism and tons of locations and activities to be enjoyed. Both Laughlin and LHC get events such a concerts on rodeo events

the only real issue with any of these areas is that during the summer it can easily get above 120 and sometimes even get to 130. Arizona is hot during the summer as I think everyone knows but Laughlin/Bullhead and LHC is probably one of the hottest places in the United States

When I think of BHC and Kingman, Mad Max the movie comes to mind. A scorching hot environment with post apocalyptic place to live.

Bullhead is great, from Nov 1st to March 1st. Rest of the year sucks unless you like 120 temps.

Mohave Valley has a lot of crime unless you live in an HOA community like Los Lagos.

Bullhead has a lot of crime, unless you live in an HOA community or way up on the hillside.

Laughlin has little reported crime, but stay out of the rental apartment complexes as they are typical of such places.

Kingman has a lot of crime in the bad parts of town. There are also some very nice estates on the SE side by the mountains.

Welcome to Mohave County. Buy a gun.
