In all fairness; I have a sneaking suspicion that downtown (at least N of Andy Devine/Rte 66) is poised to be gentrified----------once the rest of the NIMBY old guard Kingman/Mohave County retire.
Why I say that is there are more and more Californians, etc. with $$$ moving into the Kingman area and soon, there will be a 'critical mass' of them to effect change. Too; at least the ones moving in are
not the NYC/Wash DC/SF variety of intolerant 'liberals', thank God
