Now we will have to get provisions at the marina at Moabi instead of Bashas when we go camping next time. Bummer. Sad that so many people are losing their jobs in the process of the store closing.

I'm wondering if an IGA or some other small supermarket will replace Bashas?

We have a place in Willow Valley. I think that The Family Dollar, and Dollar General are good in a pinch. Is there any more news about the new Walmart?

IGA replacing Bashas: I thought about that too. Tho I think there's a small mom and pop market in Needles now, just off J St?

New WalMart: it's going in just north of Serranos by Hammer Ln in Ft Mohave starting this summer.

They are starting to bulid the new Walmart this Summer, how exciting. Will the current Walmart keep its doors open once the new Walmart comes to town? It will be nice to have a Walmart closer to home. I wonder if the new location of Walmart will hurt Safeway and Smiths in FT Mohave? I like Smiths and their lower gas prices.

Have any restaurants moved into the Target/Kohls shopping center?

Mohave Crossing is where Target and Kohls live just above "Cocktails" hill and the Parkway.

VERY good question about the Bullhead WalMart there. IMHO it WILL close since the Ft Mohave 1 will only be about 6 miles away and since it's county, lower sales tax.

Maybe Trader Joes will open a store in Needles.

I'm with Packard, I can't see the area sustaining two WMs. But maybe their biz planners know more than we do. I'm kind of used to big biz and govt lying to us. My guess is more of the same.

Hey what about the new Tractor Supply! I can't wait to buy a riding lawnmower! Oh wait, what is grass?

I've never been to Cocktails, I thought they were more of a bar than an eatery. Sometimes we stop at Vitos for lunch after shopping at Mohave Crossing. Think it would be nice to have a sandwich shop inside the shopping center.
