Why should I tip someone for pouring a beer ? I'm happy to leave a few bucks at the end of my session - if I don't do it each round does that mean the person behind the bar is going to open a bottle of Bud in a less than perfunctory way ?
Bar staff in the UK and Ireland are paid a proper wage and no-one gets tipped.
