While I like that people are enjoying bourbon, I hope this craze dies soon. Crazy secondary prices. $25-30 Bottles that used to be easy to find, now rare. This isn't fun anymore!
Note: The old man and I shared in a nice pour of the Old Weller Antique this past weekend. A very solid pour. We both very much enjoyed it.

You're saying for Americans its simply a preference? Interesting. I don't know of any other American whiskey that spells it without the e.
With your permission, I would take issue with the last sentence in the above Quote.

I'm also a Griz alumni!
Approx $15 to $17 at our state liquor stores.
But golly gee.....No sales tax. Yeah, and $283 for license plate for a 10 yr old GMC Yukon......$569/yr when it was new.
How the hell do you handle those 120 degree temps?

Note to all: This is indeed the Alcoholic Beverages forum. Certainly the bourbon industry is appropriate. Politics is not. If you (I am NOT referring to Mike1003 here. I mean anybody.) think you have to inject your political opinions into this forum, you can expect to receive infractions for your efforts.
Just a preemptive reminder. City-Data has a place to discuss Politics, and this isn't it.
