My coworker and I (I should really just say friend by now) were walking over to Bank of America and noticed people working in Ribs. We pass by the shell of the old Ribs restaurant pretty often, but have not noticed any work before.

Does anybody have the inside scoop on this?

Haven't heard anything. The mother and step-father of a former student of mine used to own Ribs. My teacher gifts were gift certificates to dine there. Loved it! That's good news if it's going to open up again.

It sounds like Uptown will have a new brew pub which serves tapas their (according to the job posting on craigslists). No mention of the name though.

I really hope it's not by the same owner's as the Uptown Sports Bar (quite possibly the WORST establishment for a 1000 miles).
