But then I'm sure alot of Alaskans already know this. Our neighbor that retired from the slope got sick of the H.R. guy hiring only young, inexperienced Texans...quess where the H.R. guy was from....

wonder why that is??? all the skilled AK people are working in PA and SD??? 'cuz they make more $$$??

well I know a few that will not be back working in AK until they get paid what they are in the -48's! Corporate greed...they want to pay crap but want the best for like $10 per hour...isn't gonna happen!

$10 AN HOUR!!!!! That's criminal. I think the corporate clowns should try to live on that.

oh I think the politicians and corporate jackwads should have the same health benefits as our military, same retirement as the average day worker, have to negotiate their wage without the benefit of a union as they are trying to break all of this for the average working person....then see how quickly these jackwads change things.

Well if I'm not mistaken aren't the headquarters of the drilling companies on the slope in Oklahoma and Texas? Where's Rance...he would know.

Come to think of it a CD member that use to come here is from Oklahoma and he is working in PA. ??

where Rance is in PA, is being hit hard with torrential rains...last hear this a.m. from him...all roads in and out are washed out...he may have no power at this stage.
