Hello All! In my ever growing quest to find a condo or apt single family for the 2 of us. I found Maple Village Apts. in Pell City. Any thoughts, things we should look into, think about?

This would take care of our bike and car issues as it has a garage and the floor plans appear to be roomy enough for us. My husband will be at the Army Depot, it looks as if it's a 30 miles commute.

Whatcha think?

Thanks

I was just there and looked around the complex on monday 8/18/08. Seemed like it was well kept and clean. very close to a small strip mall that includes a Walmart Supercenter, couple restauants, and hotels.

Default Maple Village

I havent heard bad things about this place, I have known a few people that have lived there, they are a little pricey you can get a house in Pell city for around the same price as a 3 bedroom. their website is Welcome to the Maple Village Apartments I have heard of people negotiating their rent there, so I would maybe give that a try, they are only about 18 months old, and about 50% occupied. btw its not a bad drive to the Army Depot from here, probably 20 minutes.
