I’m one of many who are members of one or more social groups within the CD forums. I keep forgetting to check back in these groups that I’m a member of to see if there are any new posts of interest to me. Is there a way to have “new” posts within our member groups - signal us? It could be similar to having a direct message signal or a reputation signal was added?

When you post in those threads, hit the "Go Advanced" before you actually POST your reply. Then you can opt for individual notification for that particular thread. And you can undo notification later if you wish.

Someone else will come and say if I said that right. But I think I said it clear.

No, that's for threads, not for Social Groups. I just looked, and there is no subscription option in the Social Groups area. Social Groups don't count as posts, nor do they receive reps. I would like the same thing that AksarbeN is asking for too, as I also forget to check those groups.
