I tried to figure out how to post a album, but couldn't. Could I get some help or advice? I have been out with hand surgery, then cut my finger have stitches, so it hasn't been good. Thanks for the help!

Go to My Settings. In the column on the left, under Networking, there is a link saying Pictures & Albums. When you click on it, a new page opens. In the upper left corner there will be a link saying Add Album. Next, you just need to give it a title and choose whether it's supposed to be private (for you and the staff only to see) or public. After that, you may start uploading pictures from your computer.

I've searched..
I'm sure it's here
Can I edit an album that I've already made? I forgot to click the private button....so now it is public...
I looked and can figure out how to make a "new" album private...but...
Thanks,
Sherry

When you go into your album (The page where you can see all of the pictures) you should see "edit album | edit pictures" in the upper right hand corner. Click on edit album and you can change it from there.

If you still cannot see or find it, a Mod can do it for you.

May a clueless Luddite chime in with a related question?

If I want to put photos in an album to post in a specific forum here on CD, do I need to leave the album "public" for the photos to be visible in a thread, or can I have the album itself be private but choose to publish certain photos from it in threads?

I like to occasionally post photos in threads, but don't necessarily want whole collections of them available to anyone who looks at my profile, if that makes sense.

Thanks everso to the mods who reply here for your patience with all the questions!
